  1. Try adding 1 Tbsp of apple vinegar as the last ingredient in any vegan cake batter. It boosts the baking powder effect and is a must-have if using only baking soda. Its the last ingredient to mix in just before you pop the cake in the oven. I always use it with my veggie/ fruit cakes… banana, zucchini, carrots… and they come out so moist and fluffy. You have to try it! 😊

Love your content Rose 🙏 by the way have you tried an orange balsamic glaze (just blended orange and balsamic vinegar) on a lentil loaf? That’s also really nice 😊

  4. Hi Rose! Love watching your videos but I have to say that this one wasn't for me. There were a lot of things that went wrong and I like that you mentioned them but I was expecting more from the video. Maybe next time you could just call it 'recipe testing' or something like this instead of tricking me into thinking that this is a well thought through recipe. I don't mean to offend you by saying this. Still gonna keep watching your vids!

  5. Liked these recipes and will be making them, Thank you! You should get yourself a hand wand mixer or one of those mixers you turn the crank (they are in thrift stores cause no one really uses them anymore but they work great) to beat/mix your creams. They work really well, or even an electric hand mixer. Gluten is only in wheat flour no others have it in them. Thrive charges too much for their membership a year.
