  2. Great recipe thanks!!!but i want to ask you something . Because its for my 3 years old son,In the flour blend ,if you dont use protein isolate you must substitute with 75 gramms of other flour or you skio these 75 gramms ?thank again !!

  3. If your dough hook isn't reaching the bottom of your bowl, adjust it. (lift the machine, you'll find a screw underneath. turn this screw left/right to adjust depth of hook or beater.

  4. I tried this with schare mix b
    Only 3 egg yolks and one whole egg and lactose free milk
    Used some seeds inside ( to mimic moroccan style qrachel) and i added some chocolate in 3 of them
    Aand it was amaaazing
    My hubby loved them, they brought him some old childhood memories because they tasted exactly like the normal ones!
