Hi guys!
Thank you so much for all the love and support on my last video. You wanted me to share my meal prep, so for week 2 of prep, you will learn my favorite way of meal prepping in bulk to maximize efficiency.
Excellent!very informative
Excelente 👏👏👏👏👏
Them hot dogs look nasty yellow hot dogs oh no
Love that you’re baking the sausages! I’ve been wanting to make seitan Italian sausages, but every recipe I’ve seen shows them being steamed. I’d rather bake them instead. I will follow your baking time, when I make the Italian sausages. Thank you!
Do I need to take the skin off of the lupini beans if I’m using jarred lupini beans in brine?
"my little veggie chopper" takes out a huge ass cleaver 😂
You look amazing! Thanks for sharing with us 🫶🏾🥂
Fantastic 🎉
Thanks so much Natalie! I’m learning a lot from you. About to try your muffins (I got your cookbook which is wonderful) and I don’t have baking stevia. Is this different from regular stevia? Trying to decide what other sweetener to use and how much.
Hi Natalie! I recently found your channel and I’m so glad I did!!! Love your content, your personality, your platform and all the wonderful tips!!!! Can’t wait to try your cookbook. Do you have a hard copy or just ebooks???
Veganism is the quickest way to malnutrition. She has no idea what she is talking about.
Great video I want to do this ❤
I didnt see thw muffins
My name is Andre Watson and I came across your video today by chance. I enjoyed and learned a lot from watching your demonstration. Your communication style and teaching method are exceptional. Watching you made me realize I need to get myself one of those chopping devices, a Vita Blender, and quality Food Processor.
Which cookbook are your protein muffins in?
Are your beans dried? When I use canned they are way wetter.
Hi, I'm always afraid of rice to eat it after a day, but i see that you cook enough for the week. So is it safe to eat it after 24 hrs. of cooking it?
This looks healthy and great
Nice food ideas! I only tried setan once and did not like it but maybe I over mixed it, I appreciate the tips I will try again your way.
Beautiful and fit!! I love it! Can you recommend a good multivitamin? I checked out the livbody brand but the one for women is not available.
Would love a video of your protein muffins and the different variations you make them in. Love your videos
Is there something that could be used in place of wheat gluten? TIA
What I like to do every other Friday is go through my vegan cookbooks and pick meals for the next two weeks. I pick two dinner and two lunches for one week, then another. I pick meals that share the same ingredients. I grocery shop at the farmers market for most of my fruits and veggies, then at sprouts. I only grocery shop every other Saturday and buy for two weeks. I also avoid buying things in cans and plastic packaging as much as possible. I have been vegan for 11 years this March.
Hawt
Natalie!!! I got dry lupini beans for Christmas from my mom. I soaked them a day, & then cooked in Instant Pot & they were soooo bitter I had to compost them. Not edible. Any suggestions? Where do you buy them prepare? (I live in Vermont).
#1 tofu tip: cut it and boil in salted water before using. BOOM, flavorful tofu. You'll know it's done when the pieces are buoyant enough to float!
Thanks for the valuable contents😊
Thank you ❤
I’ve never seen a baked seitan recipe! It certainly looks easy enough…. First video I’ve seen from you and I love the info. Well put together😊
Going to try making the seitan logs. Thank you!
Yayyy your cooking videos make me so happy!! I’ve been wanting to go vegetarian/vegan but usually have a hard time finding videos that fit my tastebuds but these all sound delicious!!
Awesome video
182.5 cal/log if 16 servings
No, the calculation was incorrect.
Looks like the lupini bean seitan logs are 2920 cal/each using Bobs Red Mill vital wheat gluten 480g, Brami Lupini beans 600g and nutritional yeast flakes 80grams. That’s without any sauce
If you were really into nutrition, you wouldn't be using a microwave!
