    Fiber is not only hero ,but our Commander in Chief thus protects us from many life threatening diseases including cancers, Strokes, Heart attacks, type 2 diabetes. Dementia etc.

    My wife cooks for me 3 times a week. Boiled carrots,Beets and French beans,very tasty with Amul cream
