Wrong wrong, thinking my mullet flour was bad. Fowled the recipe exactly, 1 cup water 2 1/2 cup flour. Next day the dough was way to dry, baked anyway and taste was terrible. Went straight in the trash.
Salt will hinder the yeast bloom. It’s better to out it in with the flour.
How many cups is your 1 glass cold water?????
Thank you! Where can I find the recipe?
Not clear on glass of water meaning how many cups? Messed up my bread

My dough was crumbly and wouldn't hold a shape.
trying to find a kidney and diabetic friendly homemade bread, this might be it.
You suggested we leave on the kitchen counter overnight, can you please tell us the temperature because if I leave it overnight in Asia it will overproof due to heat and humidity. Please suggest an option, thank you.
May I ask y don't knead it?
Hello Motherhood Delights The recipe is nice but Please check the ingredients on the bag of the flour, there is a ingredient Wheat, so this bread is NOT gluten free.
Looks amazing. Thank you
