  1. Love that you’re baking the sausages! I’ve been wanting to make seitan Italian sausages, but every recipe I’ve seen shows them being steamed. I’d rather bake them instead. I will follow your baking time, when I make the Italian sausages. Thank you!

  2. Thanks so much Natalie! I’m learning a lot from you. About to try your muffins (I got your cookbook which is wonderful) and I don’t have baking stevia. Is this different from regular stevia? Trying to decide what other sweetener to use and how much.

  3. Hi Natalie! I recently found your channel and I’m so glad I did!!! Love your content, your personality, your platform and all the wonderful tips!!!! Can’t wait to try your cookbook. Do you have a hard copy or just ebooks???

  4. My name is Andre Watson and I came across your video today by chance. I enjoyed and learned a lot from watching your demonstration. Your communication style and teaching method are exceptional. Watching you made me realize I need to get myself one of those chopping devices, a Vita Blender, and quality Food Processor.

  5. What I like to do every other Friday is go through my vegan cookbooks and pick meals for the next two weeks. I pick two dinner and two lunches for one week, then another. I pick meals that share the same ingredients. I grocery shop at the farmers market for most of my fruits and veggies, then at sprouts. I only grocery shop every other Saturday and buy for two weeks. I also avoid buying things in cans and plastic packaging as much as possible. I have been vegan for 11 years this March.

  6. Natalie!!! I got dry lupini beans for Christmas from my mom. I soaked them a day, & then cooked in Instant Pot & they were soooo bitter I had to compost them. Not edible. Any suggestions? Where do you buy them prepare? (I live in Vermont).

  7. Looks like the lupini bean seitan logs are 2920 cal/each using Bobs Red Mill vital wheat gluten 480g, Brami Lupini beans 600g and nutritional yeast flakes 80grams. That’s without any sauce
